The adopted BIM flow allows obtaining complete and coherent documentation to include all the technical, economic, and operational data for all the disciplines involved in the process.

Integrated Design

There are many different types of plants and solutions involved in designing the best technological and plant solutions intended to satisfy the customer’s requests that we develop fully. In the same way, the skills and technologies that will make up these plants will be many and different.

Therefore, they will be able to communicate with each other; they will have to integrate and interact in the real world by populating the physical spaces intended for them.

With the application of the integrated design methodology guaranteed by using the BIM model (Building Information Model), all the design flow is straightforward and linear since all the necessary information is integrated into detail in the design, protagonist of the path from concept to realization through the verification of the results.

Therefore, the customer can always verify the results, follow the phases of the project, and take an active part in the decisions that concern him. The customer will be able to make every decision in an informed and conscious way, participating in realizing his wishes.


The analysis is the real work that accompanies the design process. Collecting information starts from the real world and produces accurate results. Often it is about measuring, modeling, transforming data and information that will be the fundamental part on which every project counts. The use of cutting-edge technologies is one of our strengths: whether it is laser scanner surveys or aerial photogrammetry with Drones or other advanced data collection systems.

This information is always analyzed using efficient calculation systems, thanks also to the use of artificial intelligence. Applied to the design choices deemed best, they produce results capable of predicting what will be and demonstrating to the customer that we meet his expectations. Before everything becomes a reality with the project’s realization, it is also possible to have physical models made with 3D color technologies and models in virtual reality, even in augmented reality. The customer will be able to experience them and navigate them to be free to make the crucial choices, which will constitute the direction of the objectives in a simple, confident and conscious way.

3D modeling by laser scanner with solutions from 16 microns to 600 meters in high resolution

Detection of geo-localized positions using high-precision RTK GPS / GNSS solutions

Reconstruction of models with high resolution photogrammetric technology using Drone or metric cameras

Analysis according to the aspect: geometric, thermal, electrical, flow-metric, photometric and spectro-metric

Computer processing with also the use of AI modeling

Construction and animation of models for virtual reality analysis

Realization of three-dimensional models of all sizes with 3D printing technologies also in color

Verification, testing and consolidation of data on the performance (As-built)


Consistently documenting your entire workflow is essential. Our work is always written according to ISO standards, even those that integrate multidisciplinary representations and elaborations, such as those contained in an AEC MEP project.

This documentation will allow for digital models, which, according to the most popular standards, allow for collaboration, co-creation, and interchange even in real-time since an open cloud platform manages them.

Compulsory, timely, and better decisions are the most evident consequence, with more sustainable options and global cost reduction for AEC projects.

The documentation also includes the active management part and the maintenance part of the built assets. Of course, all the documentation can also be used later for refurbishment or efficient dismantling when the time comes.
